At Thirsty Bandit, we develop business strategy, brand positioning, and growth solutions for wine, hospitality, and beverage brands navigating a rapidly evolving market. We believe sustainable growth happens at the intersection of strategy, adaptability, and authentic brand identity.
Our holistic consulting approach identifies organizational strengths, uncovers new market opportunities, and translates insight into results-driven strategies that improve performance, increase customer engagement, and deliver measurable ROI. From wineries and tasting rooms to restaurants, bars, and hospitality groups, we help brands align vision with execution.
Beyond consulting, we foster industry dialogue through our podcast, Strategy Sessions, where we interview wine, hospitality, and beverage leaders to examine the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the future of the industry.

We’re actively seeking investors for two exciting projects that blend innovation, experience, and long-term growth potential within the hospitality sector. Proximity Wine Bar is a new venture focused on experiential marketing, designed to deliver immersive guest experiences, showcase local wine producers, and capture strong market demand while offering promising long-term growth. Additionally, we're developing a Docuseries on Modern Enotecas, a cinematic exploration tracing the roots of enotecas in Europe and highlighting how these spaces connect wine, land, and community here in the U.S. This project aligns with our broader branding and business strategy to create impactful narratives around wine culture.
If you’re looking to be part of something bold, creative, and meaningful, we’d love to connect. More details below.
